Selling Houses Australia S14 Episode 3: A Belrose Abode

A 1970’s Belrose property in Sydney’s north with a dysfunctional layout and rundown exterior; transformed into a comfortable contemporary coastal abode with a touch of Palm Springs glam.
The team were tasked with a BIG challenge, having to enhance the look and feel of the least attractive house, on the least desirable street. Lacking personality and a practical interior flow, Wendy was able to uncover faults within the floor plan and rework the layout – giving the space a more comfortable and homely feel.
To improve buyers appeal, Wendy and Dennis introduced a California sense of coolness throughout the interior and exterior living and entertaining spaces with a modern coastal colour palette and a complete landscaping overhaul fit for young families and pets.
