A unique duplex in Sydney’s South East. With the original 1940’s dwelling located at the back end of the property and an old shop converted into a newly renovated 2 bedroom unit at the front. Whilst the newer, front end of the property had little to fault, it was the run down, unlivable condition of the original dwelling at the back that was sending potential buyers running for the hills.

Desperate to sell their investment property so that they can retire, the owners were in need of a makeover miracle after having two failed auctions and not a single offer in sight.
