Sofitel Hotel

Developed by Lendlease, and designed by FJMT architects, the $500 million hotel is Darling Harbour’s first 5-star luxury hotel post Sydney Olympics. Opened in 2017, the 4.5-star NABERS rating project boast 590 rooms, a rooftop club lounge, meeting rooms, gym, ballroom and luxury outdoor pool deck, as well as bars and restaurants with views of Sydney’s CBD. Throughout the property, interior walls and ceilings used Wattyl I.D due to its low VOC ratings, ability to prevent bacterial growth on surfaces as well as its anti-mould and mildew protection capabilities.
