Colour Consult Terms & Conditions

1. A Wattyl colour stylist booked through the Wattyl website (“Stylist”) is available to help you (“Customer”) create the ultimate Colour look

2. Wattyl Stylists are available in selected regions only. It is up to each Stylist to determine if each Customer lives within their service area.

3. All appointments will be held in the Customer’s home at a time that is suitable to both the Customer and Stylist.

4. The pricing for a Stylist Appointment (“Consultation”) is as below. All prices include GST.
a. Tier 1 - Standard, 90 minute appointment is advertised at $175Other prices for more complex jobs must be agreed prior to attendance of appointment
b. Tier 2 - $225 for a 120 minute appointment (this may be a total home project for instance interior/exterior)
c. Tier 3 - $350 for a 150 minute appointment (this could be applicable for small multi res projects, heritage required schemes etc)
d. Tier 4 - POA - to be negotiated with Wattyl and customer - for larger, commercial jobs such as offices, hospitality etc

5. Each Consultation includes:
a. The Stylists time on site – this is as per the tier selected
b. A bespoke colour palette created with you, tailored to your home
c. A5 colour samples of your selected colour palette
d. A design folder to keep all your design ideas in one place
e. A colourful tote bag to keep all your goodies in
f. A 30% discount voucher for use at any Wattyl Paint Centre in Australia. Voucher is for 30% of all Wattyl Paints and Stains (all bases). Discount is off shelf price. Excludes trade accounts. Paint Perks Welcome Voucher can be used. No other discounts apply. Voucher is valid for 3 months following Consultation.

6. For an additional fee, a digital visualisation of your colour scheme can be created – prices start from $49. This will be supplied in a timeframe agreed by the Customer and Stylist at time of Consultation.

7. Whilst Wattyl have ensured each Stylist is fully qualified and endorsed by Wattyl, the advice given by the Stylist has no bearing on Wattyl for any disputes which may arise.

8. Should any appointments between the customer and stylist need to be re scheduled, it is up to the customer and stylist to be responsible for actioning the new meeting time.

9. Payment will be due at the time of consultation. Payment is to be made directly to the Stylist. Payment can be made in cash, whereby a receipt will be provided or via Direct Deposit. Credit cards are not permitted. Please ensure you discuss and agree payment amounts and types prior to the consultation.
